Our Mission
Exist to be your best partner in mining and dredging or off-shore services, construction and trading of minerals as well. In mining/quarrying, we give complete package services as we provide equipment, hauling, and other related activities. For the off-shore dredging, we provide vessel, barges and equipment use to transfer loads. For trading, we trade/sell minerals such as silica sand, black sand, iron ore, construction sand, dredged marine and river sand, back filling materials, aggregates, blasted boulders and armor rocks. As for the construction, we construct houses, buildings, road networks, bridges and engineered sanitary landfills.

ENGR. RICHELLE ANN T. ARANAS
PARTNER VP ADMIN & FINANCE, MINING & MASTERS IN ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERINGis the Partner Vice President for Admin and Finance, a Mining Engineer and Master in Environmental Engineering both gainedat the University of the Philippines and in charge in Mining Operations of Part ROCK Equipment and Consultation Services Co. She is knowledgeable in both mining and land development industry. Richelle though strict but she enjoys the trust and confidence of all the personnel of the Company as she manages and supervises them well professionally. She is very strict, precise and yet compassionate. Her expertise covers engineering supervision, cost estimates, quantity survey, time management and multi-engineering project coordination.
ENGR. ARTEMIO M. RANIN
CONSULTANTis a Licensed Mining Engineer and currently an Accredited Competent Person of PMRCC. He works as a Project Manager based in the Project Site and is responsible in overseeing, organizing and implementing a robust exploration program for JORC complaint resource evaluation, conduct feasibility study, construction and development, start up and operations of the Project. Ensure systems are in place for responsible exploration, minerals development and operations of the Project. He has over 40 years’ experience working in the mining and construction industry in the Philippines.
